Resume
Amy Mastrogiuseppe is a multidisciplinary creative and wellness professional with a passion for helping people feel good—visually and physically. With a BFA in Graphic Design from West Virginia University, Amy built a successful career as a Graphic Designer and Art Director, working with top agencies like Ogilvy and major brands including IBM. Her work has been recognized by The One Show and spans everything from brand identity to digital content and print design.
After years in the fast-paced world of design, Amy felt a pull toward more purpose-driven, embodied work. That calling led her into the world of wellness, where she founded MastroStretch, a brand rooted in movement, healing, and connection. She didn’t just launch a service—she built the brand from the ground up, designing everything from social media graphics and flyers to workshop presentation decks, stretching manuals, and her YouTube channel. She wrote, filmed, edited, and promoted her own content—bringing together her creative expertise and a personal passion for helping others feel their best.
Amy has returned to her creative roots—reigniting her freelance design practice with a renewed perspective and deeper understanding of balance, clarity, and communication. She brings the same intuitive, human-centered approach from her wellness work into her design process, creating thoughtful, impactful visuals that move people—literally and emotionally.
Whether she’s building a brand, designing a logo, or editing a video, Amy blends artistic skill, strategic thinking, and a whole lot of heart into everything she does.
